How the System Works / Principles of Operation
CAP+ is a fresh air ventilation system designed for homes where windows are kept closed and air conditioning is used throughout the night. Naturally, as we breathe, we inhale oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide (CO₂). In a closed room without ventilation, CO₂ levels accumulate over time—similar to being in a stagnant environment for too long. This often leads to feelings of grogginess or fatigue. Once CO₂ levels exceed 1,000 ppm, it can negatively impact brain function and the respiratory system.
The CAP+ system works by drawing in fresh outdoor air, simulating the effect of opening a window but with an added advantage: the air is thoroughly purified through a multi-stage filtration system before entering the home, ensuring it is free from dust and pathogens.
Furthermore, the system creates a “Positive Pressure” environment. By continuously introducing fresh air, the air pressure inside the room becomes higher than the outside—similar to sterile rooms in major hospitals. This pressure barrier effectively prevents dust, viruses, and outdoor contaminants from leaking into your living space.

How is CAP+ different from a standard air purifier?
CAP+ and traditional air purifiers are different systems with distinct functions. While an air purifier cycles and filters the air already inside the room, CAP+ is a Fresh Air Ventilation System.
The primary role of CAP+ is to prevent the accumulation of carbon dioxide (CO₂) by continuously introducing fresh, purified air into your home. This process ensures CO₂ stays at safe levels—something a standard air purifier cannot do, as CO₂ is a gas that cannot be trapped by mechanical filters.
Furthermore, CAP+ creates a “Positive Pressure” environment, similar to hospital cleanrooms. By increasing the indoor air pressure, it forms a protective barrier that physically blocks outdoor dust and pathogens from entering.
If you already own an air purifier, you can use both systems together. CAP+ will significantly reduce the workload of your air purifier by blocking most contaminants at the source, effectively extending the lifespan of your air purifier’s filters.
What is the recommended room size?
The system is ideal for rooms with a standard ceiling height and a floor area of up to 80 square meters. At its maximum setting, CAP+ can complete a full fresh air exchange throughout the entire room within one hour (Air Change Rate: 200 m³/hr). For rooms smaller than 80 sqm, the air exchange process will be even faster and more frequent.

Our system has undergone rigorous laboratory testing to ensure it effectively reduces CO₂ levels, filters PM 2.5, and maintains a safe, clean-room environment for your home.
How loud is the system?
One of the standout features of our system is its ultra-quiet operation. In Sleep Mode, the noise level drops to just 20dB, which is equivalent to a distant whisper and significantly quieter than a standard air conditioning unit.
Is the system energy-efficient?
The system is highly energy-efficient, consuming only 20W of power. This is equivalent to running a single light bulb or a small electric fan, ensuring minimal impact on your electricity bill even with continuous use.
Warranty Period
7-Day Replacement: If any issues are found within the first 7 days, we offer an immediate unit replacement.
1-Year Warranty: After the initial period, the system is covered by a 1-year warranty with repairs handled by our service center.
Loaner Unit Service: To ensure your home air quality is never interrupted, we provide a temporary “loaner unit” for you to use while your device is being serviced.
Maintenance and Filter Replacement
The filter should be replaced every 6 to 12 months, depending on usage and local air quality conditions. The system features a built-in notification light that will alert you when it is time for a replacement.
You can easily replace the filter yourself by following the instructions in the manual. Replacement filters are priced between 980 and 1,200 THB, depending on current seasonal promotions.
Installation & Service Fees
Installation Process: The installation involves drilling a small opening in the wall (approximately 12.5 cm in diameter) to allow fresh air to circulate into the back of the unit. The exterior vent is equipped with a high-quality cover to prevent dust and insects from entering. The process is straightforward and less complex than a standard air conditioner installation.
Requirement: A clear wall space of approximately 70 cm x 50 cm on an external-facing wall is needed for mounting.
